Tensions in the city began this morning when Puntland blocked a group of forces led by former MP Cabdiraxmaan Dhoore from entering the city, as confirmed by reliable sources.
Local elders are currently engaged in negotiations to defuse the situation. So far, neither side has commented on the conflict.
